What kind of photo do I need?
One clear image where the product is in focus. A plain background works best, but a lifestyle shot or phone photo is fine too. If we need a better image, we will tell you.
What if I don't like the preview?
Then you don't pay. Tell us the mood, colours or style you'd prefer and we'll make a fresh version, or simply walk away.
Can you make small edits to a video?
Each video is created fresh, so we can't fine-tune individual details like changing one colour in one shot. What we can do is steer the overall mood, colours and style, and make a completely new version. Every plan includes one free remake per ad.
Can I run the ads on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok?
